About SENSIMA Inspection Sarl

Sensima Inspection Sarl was founded in 2009 as a spin-off from EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausane, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne) by several scientists and engineers of the microsystems group LMIS3, a group known for many years for its leading role in the development of Hall sensors & probes. Sensima Inspection gathers a multidisciplinary team, with expertise in IC design, analog and digital electronics, scientific computing, and NDT. After spending several months in an incubator at EPFL, Sensima Inspection has moved in 2011 to its new offices in Gland, Switzerland, to accomodate its growing business and staff. Sensima Inspection has established close ties to several large companies in the power generation and aerospace industrial market. Sensima Inspection is commited to R&D and keeps close links with EPFL through various research contracts and a Swiss Agency for Technology and Innovation (CTI) grant. Since its foundation, Sensima Inspection has been successfully supporting its customers by providing state of the art professional services. In a second phase, Sensima Inspection is expanding its activities by marketing innovative NDT equipment.
